
Terms & Conditions
Upon any booking, you agree to comply with our terms & conditions:
Studio & Space
• Our booking time is from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
• Booking time is inclusive of set-up, test shoot, make up and clean up
• Studio must be hand over on time and in original condition after allocated booking time
• Booking for half day is for 5 hours only
• Booking for full day is for 10 hours only
• Full payment applies even if booking session ends early
• Weekends, public holidays or extension of booking is at S$150/hours, subject to availability
• Bookings are first come first serve basis
Rates & Payment
• Booking rates are as shown on our website, quoted in Singapore Dollars
• We accept payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow
• S$50 cleaning fee on all bookings
• 50% deposit of the total booking fee and cleaning fee is required to secure the booking
• Remaining 50% of the balance must be paid 1 day before the booking
• Security deposit of S$100 is required for bookings without equipment
• Security deposit of S$200 for booking with equipment
• Security deposit must be paid upon hand over of the venue before commencement of the event, and refundable upon good care of the equipment and space
Cancellation & Amendment
• Any cancellation or amendments of booking more than 30 days, 20% forfeiture of deposit paid
• Any cancellation or amendments of booking less than 30 days, 50% forfeiture of deposit paid
• Any cancellation or amendments of booking less 24 hours, 100% forfeiture of deposit paid
Usage of Studio/Amenities/Equipment
• All amenities & equipment should be returned in the same condition as you received it
• You will be liable for all the cost or maintenance fees of any damage
